WW International FZ LLC (WeWatch) was responsible for delivering security and safety management for emergency Emirates Quarantine Field Hospitals that were delivered for the COVID-19 pandemic that started in 2020.

WW International FZ LLC deployed a team of experienced safety (HSE) and security managers to the Dubai Parks, the location for the construction and operations for the Emirates Quarantine Field Hospitals.

A robust set of procedures were developed and employed, ranging from access control, screening and security management for the entire project, this also included safety patrols to monitor and screen the workforce to ensure that the compliance measures for COVID-17 mitigation measures were be adhered to.

We were able to do so through employing our SMART key performance indictor – Smart, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely, which supported and demonstrated our safety metrics. In addition, by promoting our industry led KPIs and immense experience in the industry, we successfully gained the confidence of our clients.
