WW International FZ LLC (WeWatch) deployed a joint management team to Saudi Arabia, consisting of Security and Safety management professionals.

The project was broken into two (2) operational phases. Phase one consisted of a team of experienced HSE professionals employed to manage and deliver the construction build safety for the delivery of three (3) VIP buildings, including the Royal Building for HRH Prince Salman bin Salman, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.

The second phase delivered the planning, safety and security concept for the live event, with an attendance of global horse race spectators, VIPs and a number of high-profile Royal family members from the across the GCC.

Risk analysis, risk assessments, and liaison were conducted with the myriad of government security force and police entities involved in the event. Furthermore, through detailed planning and coordination robust HSE and security management plans were developed. As a result, efficient safety and security frameworks, coupled with technical security solutions were delivered and executed with great success, allowing a seamless transition through all design, planning, live event and breakdown phases.
